How do I choose a treatment?
Warm oil offers smooth, flowing movements. Traditional Thai massage has a more structured rhythm. Back, foot and head treatments last thirty minutes; the rituals combine several practices in one appointment.
Which treatments are available for two?
Warm-oil and traditional Thai massage, the focused treatments and several rituals have duo options. The duo prices shown are totals for two guests.
What should I book during pregnancy?
Choose the dedicated prenatal massage rather than a standard treatment. Contact HOOM before confirming if your circumstances require particular precautions.
Where is HOOM?
At 27 rue Saint-Sauveur, 75002 Paris, in the Montorgueil neighbourhood. The Sentier and Étienne Marcel métro stations are nearby.
When is HOOM open?
Every day from 11 am to 8 pm. Check the online calendar for available appointments and the Google listing for exceptional hours.
How do I see available appointments?
Select Book online, then choose the treatment, duration and number of guests. The external booking calendar shows the slots currently open.
Can I give a gift card?
Yes. The online gift-card journey offers a custom amount starting at €100. The recipient then chooses their treatment and appointment.
I already have a gift card. What should I do?
Use the HOOM gift-card redemption link on the Gift cards page. A voucher issued by a partner has a separate booking route.
What if I am late or cannot come?
Let the HOOM team know as soon as possible. The terms applying to your appointment are shown in the booking journey and its confirmation messages.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
No. The venue does not have wheelchair access. Contact the team before your visit if you have another access question.
